摘 要:对于房室结的研究已经超过了一个世纪,但是,由于房室结独特的解剖位置与生理功能,临床对于房室结的认识仍然十分粗浅。被人熟知的房室结的功能主要集中在:房室结可以过滤来自心房的危险心律失常,房室结的起搏作用及房室结延缓从心房传递到心室的冲动以增加舒张期心室充盈等方面。本文就房室结的解剖结构与生理功能作一综述。Atrioventricular node(AVN) has been studied for more than a century. However, due to its unique anatomical location and physiological function, clinical understanding of AVN is still very shallow. Well-known functions of AVN mainly include: AVN filters out dangerous arrhythmias from atria, pacemaker role of AVN and AVN delays impulses from atria to ventricles to increase diastolic ventricular filling, etc. The present article makes a review on anatomical structure and physiological function of AVN.
