摘　　要：为应对全球贸易“新常态”与“新冠”疫情双重冲击下的中国制造业全球价值链网络脆弱性问题,研究从网络治理视角,选取国内制造业9个行业的1607家企业样本,分析网络距离、网络密度、网络位置三个维度及各维度相互作用对企业开放型技术双元能力的影响。研究发现,全球价值链网络结构对中国制造企业技术创新的主要贡献,在于协调异质性特征网络和开放型技术双元的多维关系:网络距离有效促进了技术探索;网络密度增强了技术应用;网络位置则使企业能够在不同核心功能网络中协调网络密度与网络距离关系,以最大限度来提升开放型技术双元能力。而空间溢出效应,则增强了全球价值链网络结构与中国制造企业技术创新关系模式的全面性影响联系,促进了网络异质性技术与网络分工合作关系的匹配和链接,延伸了企业对网络内外技术吸收与整合能力,其所产生的产业聚集与技术溢出对中国制造企业开放型技术双元具有积极促进作用。In order to deal with the vulnerability of China’s manufacturing global value chain network under the double impact of the“New Normal”of global trade and the“COVID-19”epidemic, the study selects a sample of 1,607 enterprises in 9 domestic manufacturing industries from the perspective of network governance, and analyzes the network.The three dimensions of distance, network density, and network location and the effects of the interaction of each dimension on the dual capabilities of enterprises’ open technology are found: The main contribution of the global value chain network structure to the technological innovation of Chinese manufacturing enterprises lies in the coordination of network characteristics and technological exploration, technology Multi-dimensional relationships developed: network distance effectively promotes technology exploration;network density enhances technology application;network location enables enterprises to coordinate network density and network distance relationships in different core functional networks to maximize open technology dual capabilities.The spatial spillover effect enhances the comprehensive influence and connection between the network structure of the global value chain and the technological innovation relationship model of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, promotes the matching and linking of network heterogeneous technologies and network division of labor and cooperation, and extends the enterprise’s internal and external technology absorption and connection.Integration capabilities, the resulting industrial agglomeration and technology spillovers have a positive role in promoting the open technology duality of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
