摘　　要：SlANT1是番茄花色素苷合成积累途径的一个重要调控因子,为探究SlANT1基因对番茄生长和果实品质的影响,本研究以野生型和SlANT1基因过表达番茄为实验材料,分别对其幼苗生长、抗病能力、果实品质和耐储能力等进行了分析。结果表明:SlANT1基因过量表达显著增强了番茄花色素苷的积累,但同时抑制了番茄幼苗的生长,表现为叶片变小,植株变矮,但对根的生长没有影响。另外,过量表达SlANT1基因显著提高了番茄的维生素C、有机酸和可溶性固形物含量,并且提高了番茄果实对灰霉菌的抗性,降低了果实在存储过程中的失重率。研究结果可为通过基因工程的方法培育高营养品质和抗逆耐储番茄提供基础数据和参考依据。SlANT1(Solanum lycopersicum Anthocyanins1)is an important regulatory factor in anthocyanin synthesis and accumulation pathway in tomato.In order to investigate the effects of SlANT1 gene on tomato growth and fruit quality,the growth of seedling,disease resistance,fruit quality and storage capacity were analyzed using wild-type and SlANT1 overexpression tomato.The results showed that the overexpression of SlANT1 gene significantly enhanced the accumulation of anthocyanin in tomato,but inhibited the growth of tomato seedlings,which showed smaller leaves and shorter plants,with no effect on the root growth.In addition,overexpression of SlANT1 gene significantly increased the contents of vitamin C,organic acids and soluble solids in tomato fruits,increased the resistance to Botrytis cinerea,and reduced the water loss rate during storage.These results can provide basic data and reference for breeding high nutritional quality,storability and stress tolerance tomato by genetic engineering method.
