摘　　要：伴随着城镇化进程的飞速发展,社区成员的互动模式逐步由“熟人社会”转型为“陌生人社会”。在自治、德治和法治有机融合的时代背景下,传统文化中的人情和面子被赋予新的时代内涵。探究新时代社区文化建设路径,需按照“一核多元”的思路,重构新时代人情和面子的文化内涵和运行机理,着力营造和谐社区文化氛围。With the rapid development of urbanization,the interaction mode of community members has gradually changed from“acquaintance society” to “stranger society”.Under the background of the organic integration of autonomy,rule of virtue and rule of law,human favor and face in traditional culture are endowed with new connotation of the times. To explore the construction path of community culture in the new era,it is necessary to reconstruct the cultural connotation and operation mechanism of human favor and face in the new era according to the idea of “one core and multiple”,and strive to create a harmonious community cultural atmosphere.
