高校图书馆创新创业服务优化策略——基于合肥12所高校实证分析

摘　　要：合肥地区高校图书馆创新创业服务尚存短板。高校图书馆优化创新创业服务可采取如下策略:(1)主动参与人才培养目标的制定;(2)谋求校外跨界融合,倡导校内部门协同合作;(3)推进服务内容优化,提高服务内容与需求的匹配度;(4)加大宣传推广力度,提升创新创业服务知名度;(5)培养创新创业服务专业馆员,提高服务专业化水平。By investigating the innovation and entrepreneurship service of university libraries in Hefei,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship in university libraries.On this basis,the strategies of optimizing innovation and entrepreneurship service are put forward:Firstly,actively participate in the development of talent development goals;Secondly,to seek cross-boundary integration off campus and advocate collaboration among departments on campus;Thirdly,promote the optimization of service content and improve the matching degree between service content and demand;Fourthly,strengthen publicity and promotion to raise awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship services;Fifthly,cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship service librarians to improve service level.The research is helpful to the improvement and optimization of the innovation and entrepreneurship service level of university libraries and the improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training in universities.
