摘 要:近年来,平台供应链中核心企业的采购赋能行为迅速增加,这有助于帮助供应链成员降本增效,但也可能引发核心企业自身的高库存风险。本文在同时考虑供应商产出不确定和零售商需求不确定的情境下,构建了由一个平台型电商企业、一个供应商和多个零售商组成的三级供应链系统,探讨了采购赋能情境下供应链的库存风险共担机制。研究发现,引入需求风险共担契约有助于提升供应商的生产投入水平、平台的订购量以及零售商的销售努力,并提高供应商与平台的利润。其次,引入产出风险共担契约会降低供应链成员的决策水平和利润。最后,对于不同类型的供应链风险应采取差异化的应对策略。In recent years,e-commerce platform companies have gradually become the leaders of the supply chain,and have empowered the upstream and downstream members of the platform supply chain from multiple dimensions such as procurement,brand,and data.Among them,procurement empowerment refers to the behavior that e-commerce platform companies integrate supply chain resources and various basic services with the help of digital intelligence technology to provide intelligent selection,centralized procurement and other procurement services for retailers,so as to reduce procurement costs,enhance procurement efficiency and improve the overall performance of supply chain.For example,Yunji selects a number of hot-selling products,integrates the orders of a large number of merchants,and uniformly purchases from high-quality brand suppliers.While ensuring product quality,it has resulted in a 30% reduction in total purchasing costs and a consumer repurchase rate of over 80%.The procurement empowerment behavior of e-commerce platform companies can help supply chain members reduce costs and increase efficiency,but it may also trigger high inventory risks for core companies themselves.This is mainly because in a procurement empowerment scenario,retailers take a commission after the deal is made,while e-commerce platform companies bear the full cost of inventory and logistics.In the case of Yunji,its inventory cost rose from 97 million yuan in 2016 to 675 million yuan in 2018,an increase of nearly seven times.Therefore,the sharing mechanism of inventory risk in platform supply chain is an issue worth exploring.The uncertainty of the actual output and demand of products is fully considered during the sales period,and it is discussed what kind of risk-sharing strategy is beneficial to enhance the decision-making level and profits of e-commerce platform companies and supply chain members to achieve a win-win cooperation under the new research context of procurement empowerment.A game model is developed for a single cycle three-level suppl
