掺钢渣粉水泥基材料的强度关联性研究

摘  要:以掺钢渣粉水泥基材料为研究对象,通过试验得到掺不同比例钢渣粉的水泥基材料的抗压及抗折强度,并采用灰关联分析法定量分析钢渣粉掺量与水泥基材料强度间的关联程度。研究结果表明,在钢渣粉掺量≯30%的条件下,钢渣粉掺量与水泥基材料的28 d抗压强度及3 d抗折强度之间的关联性程度最高。This paper takes cement-based materials with steel slag powder as the research object, obtains the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based materials with different proportions of steel slag powder through tests, and quantitatively analyzes the correlation degree between the amount of steel slag powder and the strength of cement-based materials using the gray correlation analysis method.The results show that when the content of steel slag powder does not exceed 30%,the correlation between the content of steel slag powder and the 28 d compressive strength and 3 d flexural strength of cement-based materials is the highest.
