摘 要:基于页岩残渣的细观孔隙特征,通过油分浸润试验确定了粒径为2.36 mm、1.18 mm、0.60 mm和0.30 mm的页岩渣油分预储比例为16.5%、19.4%、29.3%和37.1%,并将其制成功能性细集料。使用功能性细集料与常规集料设计了AC-13、AC-16和AC-20等3种级配类型的智慧型沥青混合料,确定功能性细集料的掺比为10%,其油分补充比例分别为98.8%、89.3%和77.9%。通过沥青混合料低温劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验、车辙试验和冻融劈裂试验对其进行了力学性能评价,研究发现:智慧型悬浮密实类沥青混合料在老化前的力学性能与普通沥青混合料相近,具备良好的路用性能;老化后,在不同的低温条件下,其强度、抗变形能力和水稳定性较普通沥青混合料分别提升了74%、64%和46.2%。In this research, based on the microscopic pore characteristics of shale residue, through the oil infiltration test, the oil pre-storage ratio of shale slag with four particle sizes of 2.36 mm, 1.18 mm, 0.6 mm and 0.3 mm is determined to be 16.5%,19.4%,29.3% and 37.1%,it was prepared as a functional fine aggregate.Using functional fine aggregate and conventional aggregate, three kinds of intelligent asphalt mixtures of AC-13,AC-16 and AC-20 were designed.The mixing ratio of functional fine aggregate was determined to be 10%,and the oil supplement proportion was 98.8%,89.3% and 77.9%.The mechanical properties of asphalt mixture were evaluated by low temperature splitting test, low temperature bending test, rutting test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The results shows that the mechanical properties of intelligent asphalt mixture are similar to those of ordinary asphalt mixture before aging, and it has good road performance.And after aging, the strength, deformation resistance and water stability of the asphalt mixture are 74%,64% and 46.2% higher than those of the ordinary asphalt mixture under different low-temperature conditions, respectively.
