清热利湿方联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗解脲支原体感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热利湿方联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗解脲支原体感染的临床疗效。方法:确诊解脲支原体感染患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组予盐酸多西环素胶囊口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合清热利湿方口服治疗。观察两组的临床疗效及解脲支原体转阴率。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组解脲支原体转阴率为80.00%,高于对照组的73.33%,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。结论:清热利湿方联合盐酸多西环素胶囊治疗解脲支原体感染临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingre Lishi formula and doxycycline hydrochloride capsule on ureaplasma urealyticum infection.Methods:60 cases of diagnosed patients with ureaplasma urealyticum infection were divided into two groups by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral doxycycline hydrochloride capsule,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Qingre Lishi formula on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and seroconversion rate of ureaplasma urealyticum were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The seroconversion rate of ureaplasma urealyticum in treatment group was 80.00%,which was higher than 73.33%in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).TCM syndrome scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qingre Lishi formula and doxycycline hydrochloride capsule on ureaplasma urealyticum infection is better.
