补肾活血汤联合鲑降钙素治疗肾虚血瘀型绝经后骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价补肾活血汤联合鲑降钙素治疗肾虚血瘀型绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将64例肾虚血瘀型绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组各32例,对照组予鲑降钙素鼻喷雾剂喷鼻,治疗组在对照组的基础上予补肾活血汤配方颗粒治疗,两组均治疗3个月,比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组的VAS评分、骨吸收标志物水平均较治疗前下降,治疗组下降更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组的血Ca水平治疗前后无明显变化(P﹥0.05);治疗3个月后,治疗组的临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤联合鲑降钙素喷鼻治疗肾虚血瘀型绝经后骨质疏松症较单独使用鲑降钙素喷鼻,能够进一步减轻患者疼痛症状,降低骨吸收标志物水平,整体疗效更优。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction and salmon calcitonin on postmenopausal osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:64 cases of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal spray of salmon calcitonin,while the treatment group was treated plus with Bushen Huoxue decoction(formula granule)on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:VAS score and level of bone resorption marker were decreased in two groups compared with before treatment,and the decrease of treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with alone use of nasal spray of salmon calcitonin,Bushen Huoxue decoction and nasal spray of salmon calcitonin for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis can further alleviate the pain symptoms of patients,and reduce the level of bone resorption marker,which has a better whole efficacy.
