摘  要:为探究燕麦和无芒雀麦对不同盐溶液胁迫的耐盐性强弱,实验选用中性盐(NaCl)、碱性盐(Na_(2)CO_(3)),以及混合盐(Na_(2)CO_(3)+NaHCO_(3)+Na_(2)SO_(4)+NaCl)三类盐溶液对四个品种的燕麦(林纳、青引1号、青引2号和甜燕麦)和不同收获年限的无芒雀麦种子进行盐胁迫。结果表明,随着盐溶液浓度和贮存年限的增加,各品种燕麦和无芒雀麦的发芽率均呈下降趋势。其中,中性盐(NaCl)对种子发芽率的抑制作用最小。综合来看,林纳对于盐碱的适应性相对较好,贮存年限两年以内的无芒雀麦种子发芽率较高。In order to explore the salt tolerance of oats and smooth bromegrass to different salt solutions, neutral salt(NaCl), alkaline salt(Na_(2)CO_(3)) and mixed salt(Na_(2)CO_(3)+NaHCO_(3)+Na_(2)SO_(4)+NaCl) were used to stress the seeds of four varieties of oats(Avena sativa L.cv. Lena, A. sativa L.cv. Qingyin No.1, A. sativa L.cv. Qingyin No.2, A. sativa L.cv. Qinghai)and smooth bromegrass seeds with different harvest years. The results showed that the germination percentage of oat and smooth bromegrass decreased with the increase of salt solution concentration and storage life. Among them, neutral salt(NaCl) had the least inhibitory effect on seed germination. Generally speaking, oat(A. sativa L.cv. Lena) had relatively good adaptability to saline-alkali, and the germination rate of smooth bromegrass seeds with storage life of less than two years was higher.
