大同34号谷子高产稳产及适应性分析

摘　　要：为了更好推广国鉴谷子新品种大同34号,对其高产稳产、主效应值和广泛适应性等主要目标性状进行详细分析。利用2010—2011年国家西北春谷早熟组区域试验汇总资料,采用主效应值、高稳系数、变异系数、标准差比数、回归系数、相关系数等指标对春播早熟区谷子新品种大同34号进行分析。连续2年参试的3个品种中,大同34号两年平均产量为5598 kg/hm^(2),主效应值为0.57,高稳系数为77.95,变异系数为21.67%,标准差比数│ai-1│值为0.019,回归系数为1.093,相关系数为0.96,决定系数为0.921。在分析的8个参数中,有5个参数都优于其他2个参试品种,但变异系数略高于对照,回归系数b>1(b值稳定2年均>1)、相关系数、决定系数比A 2-7005略低,高于A 2-2258。大同34号是一个高产稳定性强,对环境变化敏感度略大,对高产环境的特殊适应性增大的谷子新品种,适合在生产条件好、平均温度、降雨量适中的西北春播早熟区域高中产区大面积推广应用。In order to further promote the new millet variety Datong No.34 approved by national millet variety,the main target traits of high yield,stable yield,main effect value and wide adaptability were analyzed.The parameters of main effect value,high stability coefficient,coefficient of variation,standard deviation ratio,regression coefficient,etc.of Datong No.34 were calculated based on the data of the Spring Valley Early Maturity Group in Northwest of China from 2010 to 2011.Among the three varieties tested during the two-year experiment,the average yield,main effect value,high stability coefficient,coefficient of variation,standard deviation ratio│ai-1│,regression coefficient,correlation coefficient and determination coefficient were 5598 kg/hm^(2),0.57,77.95,21.67%,0.019,1.093,0.96 and 0.921,respectively.Among the eight evaluation parameters,five evaluation parameters were better than that of other two tested varieties.Compared with the control variety,its coefficient of variation was slightly higher,the regression coefficient b>1(for consecutive two years),correlation coefficient and determination coefficient were slightly lower than the variety A 2-7005 and higher than the variety A 2-2258.It was showed that Datong No.34 possessed the characteristics of high-yield,strong stability,slightly sensitivity to environmental changes,and special adaptability to high-yield environments.It was suitable for planting in high-yield areas of the northwestern spring-sown early-maturing area,which had good production conditions,moderate average temperature,and rainfall.
