摘  要:为了有效治理洪水灾害,防止溃坝灾害事件的发生,提出不同洪水重现期下橡胶坝坝基防渗抗冲技术研究。依据洪水重现期,将洪水类型划分为一般洪水、较大洪水、大洪水与特大洪水,应用HLM算法估计不同洪水重现期分布参数,构建橡胶坝坝基渗流模型,采用帷幕灌浆方式提升坝基防渗系数,通过振冲加固法提升坝基抗冲系数,即实现橡胶坝坝基的防渗抗冲。实验结果表明,在不同重现期背景下,所提出技术坝基防渗系数与抗冲系数均大于给定最低限值,充分证实所提出技术防渗抗冲性能较佳。In order to effectively control flood disasters and prevent the occurrence of dam break disasters,a study on seepage prevention and anti scour technology of rubber dam foundation under different flood return periods is proposed.According to the flood return period,the flood types are divided into general flood,large flood,large flood and catastrophic flood.The HLM algorithm is used to estimate the distribution parameters of different flood return periods,build the seepage model of the rubber dam foundation,use curtain grouting to improve the seepage prevention coefficient of the dam foundation,and use the vibroflotation reinforcement method to improve the anti scour coefficient of the dam foundation,which realizes the seepage prevention and anti scour of the rubber dam foundation.The experimental results show that under the background of different return periods,the seepage prevention coefficient and anti scour coefficient of the proposed technology dam foundation are greater than the given minimum limit,which fully confirms that the proposed technology has better seepage and anti scour performance.
