摘 要:溪源水库下游河道行洪能力的改变,使原有汛限水位难以保证防洪供水等效益的发挥。依据溪源水库实际情况,借助风险理论对水库的防洪供水风险因子进行识别,并从防洪度汛、经济效益等方面论证水位调整的可行性。结果表明,当水库的主次汛期汛限水位增至88.0m时,其最高水位和泄流量均低于设计标准,且其防洪风险率低于0.03%,工业供水效益和生活供水效益增量明显。今后应更加注重水库水资源调度的科学性和合理性,加快溪源泄洪洞建设。The change of flood carrying capacity of the downstream river course of Xiyuan reservoir makes it difficult for the original flood control water level to ensure the full play of the benefits such as flood control and water supply.According to the actual situation of Xiyuan reservoir,the study identifies the risk factors of flood control and water supply of the reservoir with the help of risk theory,and demonstrates the feasibility of water level adjustment from the aspects of flood control and flood control,economic benefits,etc.The results show that when the flood limit water level in the main and secondary flood seasons of the reservoir increases to 88.0m,its maximum water level and discharge are lower than the design standard,and its flood control risk rate is lower than 0.03%,and the benefit increment of industrial water supply and domestic water supply is obvious.In the future,more attention should be paid to the scientificity and rationality of reservoir water resources regulation,and the construction of Xiyuan spillway tunnel should be accelerated.
