摘　　要：介绍了超大型医院建设项目的特点;以成都市某医院建设项目概念设计为例,分析了超大型医院设计面临的挑战,提出了“动态生长的共享资源组织”规划策略,从资源组织方式、核心理念、运营规划三个方面阐述了该策略的具体内容。It introduces the characteristics of super-large hospital construction projects;takes the conceptual design of a hospital construction project in Chengdu as an example,analyzes the challenges faced by super-large hospital design,and puts forward the planning strategy of"Dynamically Growing Shared Resource Organization".The specific content of the strategy is expounded in three aspects:resource organization mode,core concept and operation planning.
