摘　　要：介绍了医院后勤服务中网格化管理的重要性;结合医院实践,阐述了网格化管理在实际运用过程中的相关举措;总结了网格化管理实施以来的相关成果,并提出了优化策略。It introduces the importance of grid management in hospital logistics services.Combined with hospital practice,it expounds the relevant measures of grid management in application process,summarizes the relevant achievements since the implementation of grid management,and puts forward optimization strategy.
