摘　　要：以无锡市妇幼保健院产科病房楼改造项目为例,对医院既有建筑改造的难点、要点和医疗流程再造等方面进行深入探讨,总结经验,可供医院投资方、建筑师和技术人员参考。Taking the reconstruction project of the obstetric ward building of Wuxi maternal and child health hospital as an example,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the difficulties,key points and medical process reengineering in the reconstruction of the existing buildings of the hospital,and summarizes the experience,which can be used as a reference for the investors,architects and technicians of the hospital.
