摘　　要：结合医学工程人员岗位职责,从物资保障、设备调用、紧急安装、应急维护、感染防控管理等方面分析了当前新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化下医学工程人员面临的挑战,并提出了相应的对策。Combined with the job responsibilities of medical engineers,it analyzes the challenges faced by medical engineers under the current normalization of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control from the aspects of material support,equipment deployment,emergency installation,emergency maintenance,and infection prevention and control management;puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
