少数民族生态思想在构建滇东南生态安全屏障中的经验启示——以云南省文山壮族苗族自治州为例

摘　　要：地处滇东南地区的文山壮族苗族自治州,自古以来就有“滇桂走廊”“交趾古道”的美称,是云南面向南亚、东南亚的重要门户。这里物华天宝、气候宜人、生态宜居,是壮、苗、彝、傣等众多少数民族同胞的共同家园。在长期的生活实践中,形成了具有地域特色的生态文明思想,共同创造出了灿烂的稻作文化、梯田文化和生态文化。这些独具地域特色的生态思想与习近平生态文明思想的内涵高度契合,在构建滇东南生态安全屏障中发挥着重要作用,给我们带来很多的启示。Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture located in southeastern has been known as“Yunnan-Guangxi Corridor”and“Jiaozhi Ancient Road”since ancient times,and it is an important gateway for Yunnan to South and Southeast Asia.Here,with nature's treasures,pleasant climate,livable ecology,is the common home of Zhuang,Miao,Yi,Dai and many other ethnic minorities.In the long-term life practice,the ecological civilization thought with regional characteristics has been formed,and the splendid rice culture,terrace culture and ecological culture have been created together.These ecological thoughts with unique regional characteristics are highly consistent with the connotation of ecological civilization,which play an important role in the construction of ecological security barrier in southeastern Yunnan and bring us a lot of enlightenment.
