摘　　要：新时代乡村振兴是我国重大发展战略。文化振兴是乡村振兴的组成部分,也是乡村振兴的重要任务。中越边境的京族万尾村在产生村落意义危机的情况下,抓住了乡村振兴的时代机遇,以村民经济收入为基础,有效利用京族独有文化。在官方的支持与乡村精英的实践下,实现了自身的发展兴盛,有效地推动了乡村文化的振兴发展。Rural Revitalization in the New Era is an important development strategy in China.Cultural Revitalization is an integral part of rural revitalization,but also an important task of revitalization.The village of Wanwei of Vietnamese people on the sinovietnamese border has seized the opportunity of the times to rejuvenate the countryside and make effective use of Vietnamese people’s unique culture on the basis of villagers’economic income.With the support of the government and the practice of rural elites,it has achieved its own prosperity and effectively promoted the development of rural culture.
