摘 要:长江经济带是国内联系的枢纽地带,自2014年提出建设长江综合立体交通走廊以来,沿江交通发展明显提速。进入“十四五”时期,国际国内形势变化对交通基础设施布局提出新要求,沿江综合立体交通走廊整体效率不高、交通发展与流域生态环境保护存在矛盾等问题仍然突出,迫切需要以推动高质量发展为主题,扎实推动现代化综合交通运输系建设,统筹近期和长远,更好支撑区域发展,重点在优化区域交通网络、强化长江主轴功能、分地区提供差异化供给、促进交通可持续发展等方面下大力气做好工作。The Yangtze River economic belt is a hub for domestic connections,the development of transportation along the river has significantly accelerated since the construction of the Yangtze River comprehensive stereoscopic transportation corridor was proposed in 2014.Entering the 14th five-year plan period,changes in the international and domestic situation have put forward new requirements for the layout of transportation infrastructure.Problem,such as the overall low efficiency of the comprehensive transportation corridor along the river and the contradiction between transportation development and watershed ecological environment protection,has become more acute.There is an urgent need to solidly promote the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system and coordinate the short-term and long-term plan to better support regional development,taking promoting high-quality development as the theme.The main work will be focused on optimizing the regional transportation network,strengthening the main axis function of the Yangtze River,providing differentiated supplies by regions,and promoting the sustainable development of transportation.
