东北地区综合立体交通网发展评价和构想

摘　　要：加快构建现代化高质量东北地区综合立体交通网,对支撑东北地区全面振兴具有重要意义。在对包括东三省及蒙东地区在内的东北地区经济社会及综合交通运输发展情况进行梳理的基础上,分析当前存在的主要问题,结合新形势新要求研究未来客货运输需求特征,提出东北地区综合立体交通发展思路和布局构想,为进一步完善东北地区综合立体交通网提供借鉴。研究结果表明,当前东北地区综合立体交通网主要存在内部互联互通不畅、对外通道不足、枢纽发展滞后、综合网络组合效率不高、交通网络韧性不足等问题,提出构建“两轴一环三纵三横”东北地区综合立体交通网交通格局,支撑东北全面振兴。Speeding up the construction of a modern and high-quality comprehensive transport network in the Northeast region is of great significance to supporting the revitalization of the Northeast China.This paper evaluated the economic and social and comprehensive transportation status of the Northeast region,including three northeastern provinces and the eastern Inner Mongolia region.On the basis of the evaluation,major problems were proposed.The characteristics of future passenger and freight transportation demand were analyzed considering the new situation and requirements.Then,a layout plan of the comprehensive transport network in the Northeast region was proposed,providing a reference for the further improvement of the comprehensive network in the Northeast region.The research results indicate that the current comprehensive transport network of Northeast China mainly suffers from problems including poor internal interconnection,insufficient external channels,lagging hub development,inefficient comprehensive network combination,and insufficient transport network resilience and proposes a comprehensive transport network in the Northeast region with"two axes,one ring,three vertical and three horizontal".
