摘 要:为了解决乡村快递配送难题,智能索道配送技术应运而生,作为一种全新的物流配送模式,在目前的试点运行过程中出现了对运输箱利用不充分、信息整合功能较不完善等问题。基于智能索道配送技术雏形,首先结合真空技术、万向细胞传动技术和新型材料应用对运输箱各组成部分提出结构上、配置上的改进设想,并对物流信息整合平台提出功能优化建议;其次利用3D机械建模构建出理论上新型箱体结构;最后运用层次分析法对比改进前后效果,印证改进设想的有效性。计算分析结果表明,当能源、时间、人力、前期投入和运量运力作为考虑因素时,改进后的智能索道配送是较传送配送而言的更优选择。In order to resolving the problem of the rural express delivery,the Intelligent Ropeway Logistics Distribution Technology rise in response to the proper time and conditions.As a brand new logistics distribution mode,there are some deficiencies(the insufficient use of transport case,functional imperfection of the logistics information platform)appearing during initial trail period.This paper putting forward some suggestions in the optimization of the transport case and the setting up logistics information platform which based on the prototype of Intelligent Ropeway Logistics Distribution Technology from two aspects:the use of vacuum chuck,Celluveyor and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer/Plastic,and the optimization of information integration and dispatch.Firstly,this paper put forward the suggestions in fabric and configuration for the roof of the tank、the body of the tank and the bottom of the tank,as well as functional optimization for the logistics information platform.Secondly,using 3D modeling techniques to create the theoretical model of the new transport case.Finally,using analytical hierarchy process to compare effect before and after improvement,to confirm the effectiveness of this assumption.The result shows that compare with traditional express delivery,the Intelligent Ropeway Logistics Distribution Technology is the better choice when taking energy consumption、time consumption,labor consumption,initial investment and volume of delivery as consideration.The paper fills in gaps in the research on the Intelligent Ropeway Logistics Distribution Technology and makes a constructive recommendation in distribution technology progress.
