浅层X线治疗12例难治性掌跖疣疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价2021年9月至2022年6月于我院门诊诊治的12例掌跖疣患者使用浅层X线治疗的效果。方法:12例患者均进行过多次冷冻治疗且效果不佳,判定为难治性掌跖疣,其疣体厚度均在3~5 mm。对这12例患者均给予浅层X线放射治疗,每次剂量为5 Gy,管电压70 kV,每周1次,治疗3次,治疗结束后随访1个月。结果:12例患者已经结束治疗。10例患者最终皮损消退,治疗结束后1个月随访未复发,其中1例患者治疗结束后出现皮损周围感染,4周后治愈,未遗留瘢痕及色素沉着。1例多发跖疣的男性患者皮损未完全消退,结束治疗后有新发皮损判定为复发。1例多发跖疣的男性患者皮损消退不明显,失访。结论:本研究中浅层X线对难治性掌跖疣显示出了较好疗效,不良反应相对较少,复发率较低,疗程短。Objective:To access the efficacy of superficial X-ray therapy on 12 patients with palmoplantar warts in our hospital from September 2021 to June 2022.Methods:Refractory palmoplantar warts in all 12 patients were treated with multiple cryotherapy with poor efficacy.And the thickness of the lesions was from 3 to 5mm.The lesions in 12 patients were all given superficial X-ray therapy,with the tube voltage of 70 kV and the dose of 5Gy each time,once a week for 3 times.The patients were followed up for one month after the treatment.Results:12 patients finished the treatment.The lesions subsided in 10 patients,and there is no recurrence after 1 month follow-up.of which one patient with adverse reaction of skin infection which healed after 4 weeks without leaving scars and pigmentation.New skin lesions occurred after treatment in one male patient,which was defined as recurrence.The skin lesions did not subside significantly in another male patient with multiple plantar warts and was lost to follow-up.Conclusion:In our study,superficial X-ray shows good efficacy for refractory palmoplantar warts,with few adverse reactions,low recurrence rate,short course of treatment.
