摘　　要：患者,男,30岁。面颈部及躯干上部多发及四肢远端散发丘疹4年,偶伴瘙痒。组织病理示:3处皮损分别表现为毛盘瘤、毛囊周围纤维瘤及软纤维瘤;肺部CT扫描示右肺中上叶肺大泡。诊断为Birt-Hogg-Dubé综合征。A 30-year-old male presented with multiple face,neck and upper trunk and distal extremities sporadic papules for 4 years,occasionally with itching.Three lesions were examined by histology,which were characterized by trichodiscomas,perifollicular fibromas and acrochordons.Pulmonary CT scans showed right upper lobe alveoli.The diagnosis of Birt-Hogg-Dubésyndrome was made.
