摘　　要：目前我国成果转化存在信息不对称、转化意识薄弱等问题,本文立足于科技中介机构在成果转化过程中的桥梁作用,阐明利用科技中介信息网络对促进成果转化的重要意义,阐述如何克服转化过程中的瓶颈,为后续加强科技中介信息网络建设方面的研究奠定基础。Asymmetric information exist in the achievements of our country at present, problems such as weak consciousness, based on science and technology intermediary bridge role in the process of transformation of the achievements, and illustrate the use of scientific and technological intermediary information network to promote the importance of achievement transformation, expounds how to overcome the bottleneck in the process of transformation, to further strengthen the construction of information network of scientific and technological intermediary research lay the foundation.
