沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法抽取2019年9月至2021年7月濮阳市安阳地区医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者86例,按随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组43例。A组采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合比索洛尔治疗,B组采用比索洛尔治疗。对比两组临床疗效、肾功能[尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCR)、预估肾小球滤过率(eGFR)]、B型钠尿肽(BNP)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及不良反应发生率。结果A组总有效率(97.67%,42/43)高于B组(81.40%,35/43),P<0.05;治疗后,A组CK、AST水平均低于B组(P均<0.05),BNP水平低于B组(P<0.05),肾功能较B组好转(P<0.05);治疗后,A组LVEDD短于B组,LVEF高于B组(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率(6.98%,3/43)与B组(11.63%,5/43)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭可提高患者的治疗效果,改善心肾功能,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic heart failure treated in Anyang District Hospital of Puyang from September 2019 to July 2021 were selected,and they were divided into group A and group B according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group,group A was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets and group B was treated with bisoprolol.The clinical efficacy,renal function assessed by blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR)and estimated glomerular filtration rate(EGFR),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),creatine kinase(CK),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the group A was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK and AST in the group A were lower than those in the group B(all P<0.05),while BNP was lower than that in the group B(P<0.05),it was suggested that renal function of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD in the group A was shorter than that in the group B,and LVEF was higher than that in the group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the group A(6.98%,3/43)and the group B(11.63%,5/43),P>0.05.Conclusions Sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve the therapeutic effect,cardiac function and renal function,with good safety.
