摘　　要：档案工作数字化转型是适应数字中国发展战略、提高档案治理效能、实现档案事业高质量发展的必然选择和必经之路。档案工作数字化转型是数字技术变革带来的档案工作理念、工作流程、工作模式等行业内容的质变。现阶段,我国档案工作数字化转型面临转型战略规划尚未形成、转型能力不平衡、转型要素供给不匹配等现实困境,可以从制定战略规划、强化转型能力、保障要素供给等方面推进档案工作数字化转型升级。The digital transformation of archives work is the inevitable choice and the only way to adapt to the development strategy of digital China, improve the efficiency of archives governance, and achieve high-quality development of undertakings of archives. The digital transformation of archival work is a qualitative change in the content of the archives work concept, work process, work mode and other industry contents brought about by the digital technology revolution. At this stage, the digital transformation of archives work in our country is faced with practical dilemma that such as that the transformation strategic planning has not yet been formed, the transformation capabilities is unbalanced, and the supply of transformation elements is not matched, etc. The digital transformation and upgrading of archives can be promoted from the aspects of making strategic planning, strengthening transformation capacity, and guaranteeing the supply of elements.
