摘  要:采用在养殖海水中添加不同金属离子诱导物的方法,研究单独添加和混合添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对硬壳蛤(Mercenaria mercenaria)眼点幼虫附着和变态的诱导作用,确定了诱导的最佳浓度。结果表明:单独添加和混合添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对硬壳蛤幼虫的附着率和变态率均显著高于对照组,其中混合添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)对硬壳蛤幼虫的附着变态的诱导效果最为显著。当混合添加Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)浓度分别为3.125,15.625 mmol/L时,可获得最佳附着率及变态率,分别为85.14%和59.16%;单独添加Ca^(2+)浓度为10 mmol/L,最佳附着率及变态率分别为83.98%和51.18%;单独添加Mg^(2+)20 mmol/L时可获得最佳附着率和变态率,分别为81.04%和45.04%。The induction effects of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)alone and in association on the attachment and metamorphosis of eye-spot larvae of the hard-shelled clam(Mercenaria mercenaria) were studied by adding different metal ion inducers to the cultured seawater, and the optimal concentration for their induction was determined. The results showed that the attachment rate and metamorphosis rate of the larvae of hard-shelled clam by adding Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)alone and in association were significantly higher than those of the control group. Among them, the mixed addition of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)had the most significant effect on the induction of attachment metamorphosis of the larvae. When the concentrations of Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)were mixed with 3.125 and 15.625 mmol/L, respectively, the best adhesion rate and metamorphosis rate were obtained, which were 85.14% and 59.16%, 83.98% and 51.18%, respectively. The best adhesion rate of 81.04% and metamorphosis rate of 45.04% were obtained when Mg^(2+)20 mmol/L was added alone.
