摘  要:新能源的强随机性、电力电子装备的弱抗扰能力以及源、网、荷侧多重不确定性的交互影响使得高比例新能源电力系统的故障连锁演化过程更加复杂。为揭示其演化规律,在对典型大停电事故梳理与分析的基础上定义了影响故障连锁演化进程的关键事件;深入分析了故障连锁演化进程中交流故障、直流换相失败故障、直流闭锁故障、新能源机组高/低电压穿越、新能源脱网等关键事件的关联关系,分阶段、系统性地剖析了故障连锁演化规律。在IEEE 39节点系统以及实际电网数据的基础上,构建了多种不同场景下由初始故障引发系统连锁反应的算例;仿真分析了直流故障、控制保护策略调整等关键事件对故障连锁演化进程的影响,验证了高比例新能源形态下故障连锁演化规律分析的正确性。The strong randomness of renewable energy, the weak anti-interference ability of power electronic equipment, and the interactive influence of multiple uncertainties in the source, grid and load sides make the evolution process of cascading failures in the power system with a high proportion of renewable energy more complicated. In order to reveal its evolution law, the key events affecting the evolution process of cascading failures are defined on the basis of sorting and analysis of typical blackouts. The correlation of key events such as AC fault, DC commutation failure, DC blocking fault, high/low voltage ride-through of renewable energy units, and renewable energy off-grid in the evolution process of cascading failures is deeply analyzed, and the evolution law of cascading failures is systematically analyzed in stages. Based on the IEEE 39-bus system and the actual power grid data, several cases of system chain reactions caused by initial faults in different scenarios are constructed. The influence of key events such as the DC fault and the control and protection strategy adjustment on the evolution process of cascading failures is simulated and analyzed, and the correctness of the analysis on the evolution law of cascading failures in power system with high proportion of renewable energy is verified.
