摘 要:针对现有配电网接地消弧装置在进行故障电流全补偿时能量获取困难的问题,提出了一种基于轮换消弧的配电网单相接地故障柔性调控方法。首先,分析了不同单相接地故障工况下,多功能消弧变流器直流侧电容电压的变化规律。在此基础上,对多功能消弧变流器两个非故障相之间轮换消弧的基本原理和能量流动情况进行了详细阐述。其次,推导了轮换周期、切换时间与变流器直流侧电容电压的关系式;对多功能消弧变流器两个非故障相的控制参数进行了合理设计,进而保障两个非故障相直流侧电压的稳定。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提轮换消弧方法的正确性和可行性。Aiming at the difficulty of energy acquisition in full fault current compensation of the existing distribution network grounding arc suppression device, a flexible regulation method of single-phase grounding fault in distribution network based on rotating arc suppression is proposed. First, the variation law of the DC-link capacitance voltage of the multi-functional arc suppression converter(MF-ASC) under different single-phase grounding fault conditions is analyzed. On this basis, the basic principle and energy flow of rotating arc suppression with MF-ASC between the two non-fault phases are described in detail.Secondly, the relationship between the rotation period, switching time and the DC-link capacitance voltage of converters is deduced. The control parameters of the two non-fault phases of the MF-ASC are designed reasonably to ensure the stability of the DC-link voltage of the two non-fault phases. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed rotating arc suppression method are verified by simulation and experiment.
