摘　　要：目的研究不同品牌的国产普通胶水在快速冷冻切片中的制片效果,找出其中最接近进口最佳切削温度(OCT)包埋胶性能的替代品。方法选取九江学院附属医院外科手术标本30例,包括胃黏膜、甲状腺、子宫肌瘤、皮肤、卵巢等5种标本,各6例。实验中使用5种胶水对组织进行包埋后再切片,经快速苏木精-伊红染色后观察比较各组切片质量并且评分,最后对各组数据进行统计学分析。结果该实验中5种不同胶水制作的冷冻切片质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=8.141,P<0.001);其中OCT包埋胶和雪奥胶水质量评分基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P=0.452);而OCT包埋胶和雪奥胶水制作的切片均相对质量较好,评分较高,与其他3个品牌胶水之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),得力、飞腾、博宝胶水质量评分相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论国产普通雪奥胶水性能接近进口OCT包埋胶,实际工作中将其作为OCT包埋胶的替代品,将能极大限度地降低成本,创造更多的经济效益。Objective To study the effects of different brands of glue in rapid frozen section, and find out the substitutes whose are closest to the performance of imported optimal cutting temperature(OCT) embedding glue.Methods A total of 30 surgical specimens were selected from Department of Surgery of Jiu Jiang University Affiliated Hospital, including gastric mucosa, thyroid, hysteromyoma, skin, and ovary, six cases of each.In the experiment, five kinds of glue were used to embed the tissue and then slice it.After rapid hematoxylin-eosin staining, the quality of sections in each group was observed and compared and scored.Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the data of each group.Results In the experiment, the quality score frozen slices made by five different glue were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(F=8.141,P<0.001).Among them, the quality score of OCT embedding glue was basically similar to that of Xueao glue, and the difference was not significant(P=0.452).While the slices made by OCT embedding glue and Xueao glue were of good relative quality, score was higher, and compared with the other three brands of glue, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while the quality score of Deli, Feiten, and Bobo glue was similar, with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The performance of domestic common Xueao glue is close to that of imported OCT embedding glue.In actual work, it can be used as a substitute for OCT embedding glue, which will greatly reduce the cost and create more economic benefits.
