摘　　要：目的 编制鼻咽癌(NPC)患者放射治疗后康复锻炼依从性量表,并检验其信效度。方法 以康复锻炼依从性理论为概念框架,采用查阅文献、半结构访谈及专家咨询法形成量表,于2019年10月至2021年10月发放给甘肃省肿瘤医院206例NPC放疗后患者作答。结果 形成NPC依从性量表4个维度共14个条目,累积方差贡献率为81.905%;条目内容效度指数(I-CVI) 0.833~1.000,量表内容效度指数(S-CVI) 0.976,量表各维度得分与总得分相关系数为0.690~0.891;量表Cronbach’s α系数、分半信度分别为0.932、0.872。结论 本研究编制的NPC患者放射治疗后康复锻炼依从性量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评估NPC患者康复锻炼依从性的工具。Objective To compile a rehabilitation exercise compliance scale for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) after radiotherapy, and to test its reliability and validity. Methods With the rehabilitation exercise compliance theory as the conceptual framework, a scale was compiled by literature review, semistructure interview and expert consultation. And it was distributed to 206 patients with NPC after radiotherapy in Gansu Provincial Cancer Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 for answering. Results There were 14items in 4 dimensions of NPC compliance scale, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 81.905%.I-CVI was 0.833-1.000, S-CVI was 0.976, and the correlation coefficient between the scores of each dimension and the total score was 0.690-0.891. Cronbach’s α coefficient and split-half reliability of the scale were 0.932and 0.872, respectively. Conclusion The rehabilitation exercise compliance scale for patients with NPC after radiotherapy compiled in this research has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to evaluate the rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients with NPC.
