摘　　要：目的 评估以锡类散为基本方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法 通过数据库检索文献,纳入自建库至2021年11月采用锡类散、八味锡类散治疗溃疡性结肠炎的随机对照试验,采用Rev Man 5.4软件对数据进行meta分析。结果 共纳入11篇文献,882例患者。meta分析结果显示,治疗组临床疗效[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.13,1.25),Z=6.62,P <0.000 01]、腹痛消失时间[SMD=-3.34,95%CI(-5.53,-1.15),Z=2.99,P=0.003<0.01]、黏液脓血便消失时间[SMD=-2.59,95%CI(-4.56,-0.62),Z=2.58,P=0.010<0.05]、纤维结肠镜检积分[MD=-0.25,95%CI(-0.35,-0.15),Z=5.07,P <0.000 01]、纤维结肠镜检黏膜变化[RR=1.20,95%CI(1.07,1.35),Z=3.15,P=0.002<0.01]均明显优于对照组。结论 以锡类散为基本方治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xilei Powder on ulcerative colitis, with Xilei Powder as the basic prescription. Methods Articles were retrieved from databases, and those of randomized controlled trials of treating ulcerative colitis with Xilei Powder and Bawei Xilei Powder from the establishment of the databases to November 2021 were included. The data were meta-analyzed by RevMan 5.4 software. Results A total of 11 articles 882 patients were included. The results of the meta-analysis showed that clinical efficacy(RR=1.19, 95%CI [1.13, 1.25], Z=6.62, P < 0.000 01), time to disappearance of abdominal pain(SMD=-3.34,95%CI [-5.53,-1.15], Z=2.99, P=0.003 < 0.01), time to disappearance of bloody purulent stool(SMD=-2.59,95%CI [-4.56,-0.62], Z=2.58, P=0.010 < 0.05), fiberoptic colonoscopy score(MD=-0.25, 95%CI[-0.35,-0.15], Z=5.07, P < 0.000 01), and mucosal changes under fiberoptic colonoscope(RR=1.20, 95%CI[1.07,1.35], Z=3.15, P=0.002 < 0.01) in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion Xilei Powder as the basic prescription has a good clinical effect on ulcerative colitis.
