摘　　要：目的 探讨椎间孔镜对腰椎手术失败综合征患者的治疗效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2022年1月在牡丹江林业中心医院治疗的60例腰椎手术失败综合征患者为研究对象。采取随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组行开放手术治疗,观察组采用椎间孔镜进行微创手术治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者术后不良反应发生率、疼痛评分、腰部功能障碍评分、生活质量评分和治疗效果。结果 观察组不良反应总发生率、疼痛评分、腰部功能障碍评分、生活质量评分均低于对照组,治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 椎间孔镜可有效提高腰椎手术失败综合征患者的治疗效果,建议进一步推广和应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of transforaminal endoscopy in failed back surgery syndrome(FBSS). Methods A total of 60 subjects with FBSS admitted to and treated in Heilongjiang Mudanjiang Forestry Center Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group using the random number table.Patients in the control group were treated by open surgery, while patients in the observation group were treated by minimally invasive surgery under transforaminal endoscopy. After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs), pain scores, lumbar dysfunction scores, quality of life scores and therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of ADRs, pain scores, lumbar dysfunction scores and quality of life scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group, and the overall response rate of efficacy was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Transforaminal endoscopy can effectively improve the therapeutic efficacy of patients with FBSS,which is recommended for further promotion and application.
