摘　　要：目的:总结武汉某三甲综合医院发热门诊药房设置与药事管理实践的经验,为其他医疗机构发热药房药事管理运行模式提供参考。方法:从药房选址、布局,院感防护、组织结构、人员配置与轮班、人文关怀、药品供应与调剂,药学服务等多个方面总结发热门诊药房管理及运行情况。结果:发热门诊药房的规划安排科学合理,运行有序,实现药师“零”暴露、“零”感染。结论:发热门诊药房药事管理工作是一项专业性极强、院感要求极高的工作,实施合理规划,规范管理并及时改进和优化,对保证发热门诊药房提供高质量的药学服务具有重要的意义。Objective: To summarize the experience of pharmacy setting and management in fever clinic of a third grade A general hospital in Wuhan, and to provide reference for the pharmacy management operation mode in fever pharmacy of other medical institutions. Methods: The management and operation of fever clinic pharmacy were summarized from the aspects of site selection, layout, hospital sense protection, organizational structure, personnel allocation and shift, humanistic care, drug supply and dispensing and pharmaceutical care, etc. Results: The planning and arrangement of fever clinic pharmacy was scientific and reasonable, and the operation was orderly, and the “zero” exposure and “zero” infection of pharmacists were realized. Conclusion: Pharmacy management in fever clinic pharmacy is a highly professional and demanding work. The implementation of reasonable planning, standardized management, timely improvement and optimization is of great significance to ensure fever clinic pharmacy providing high-quality pharmaceutical care.
