摘　　要：目的:建立盐酸阿莫罗芬搽剂的含量测定方法。方法:利用HPLC技术,采用Alltima C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(磷酸调pH至3.0)(75∶25),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为214 nm,柱温为30℃,进样体积为10μl。结果:盐酸阿莫罗芬在50.42~151.3μg·ml-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.30%,RSD为0.78%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、简单、快速,能够用于盐酸阿莫罗芬搽剂的含量测定。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of amorolfine hydrochloride liniment. Methods: An HPLC method was carried out, and an Alltima C18column(150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used for the separation with methanol-0.02 mol·L^(-1)potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(adjusting pH to 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(75∶25) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^(-1). The detection wavelength was set at 214 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results: Amorolfine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of(50.42-151.3) μg·ml-1, and the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.30% with the RSD of 0.78%(n=9). Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and rapid, and can be used for the determination of amorolfine hydrochloride liniment.
