摘　　要：山东抗日根据地乡风建设在短短数年取得了明显成效,其成功之处在于将乡风建设寓于社会建设和社会治理之中,使各项工作相互影响、相互促进。党和政府组织领导与乡贤、社会组织、民众等相互配合、积极参与,将乡风建设变成抗日根据地多元主体的共同行动。以各种组织为基础,以规章制度和法律法规为规范,做到组织保障、制度保障和法律保障有机结合。以党和政府部署推动为主导,多种社会传播方式和宣传方式综合运用。其主要经验包括通过宣传动员,为乡风建设创造良好舆论氛围;通过思想工作,让乡风建设变成社会各界和人民群众的自觉行动;将乡风建设与百姓生产生活密切结合;根据群众认识水平和各地实际,逐步开展,稳步推进。The construction of rural style in Shandong Anti-japanese base area has achieved obvious results in just a few years. Its success lies in integrating the construction of rural style in social construction and social governance, so that various works affect and promote each other. The party and the government will coordinate and actively participate with local sages, social organizations and the people to turn the construction of local customs into a joint action of multiple subjects in the anti-japanese base areas. On the basis of various organizations, rules and regulations, laws and regulations as the norm, so as to organically combine organizational guarantee, institutional guarantee and legal guarantee. Guided by the deployment and promotion of the Party and the government, a variety of social communication and publicity methods are used comprehensively. Its main experience includes creating a good public opinion atmosphere for the construction of village customs through propaganda and mobilization;Through ideological work, let the construction of rural atmosphere into the social from all walks of life and the people’s conscious action;The construction of rural customs and people’s production and life closely combined;According to the people’s understanding level and the actual situation of each place, gradually carry out, steadily advance.
