摘  要:溶剂助镀是热浸镀锌独有的工序,直接影响到热镀锌层的质量和均匀性。本文介绍了热镀锌助镀剂的作用及作用原理,分析了助镀剂的总浓度、温度、pH值和Fe2+浓度等因素对助镀效果和热镀锌效果的影响,介绍了新型助镀剂无铵助镀剂和热镀锌铝(镁)合金助镀剂的种类及其研究进展,指出了热浸镀助镀技术存在的问题和未来的发展方向。Solvent fluxing is a unique procedure of hot-dip galvanizing, which directly affects the quality and uniformity of hot-dip galvanized coating. This paper introduced the role and principle of the flux for hot-dip galvanizing, and analyzed the effects of the total concentration, temperature, pH value and Fe2+concentration on the results of the fluxing and hot dip galvanizing. Furthermore, the types and research progresses of new ammonium-free fluxes as well as the fluxes for hot-dip Zn-Al(Mg) alloys were introduced, and the problems and future development directions of the fluxing technology of hot-dip galvanizing were pointed out.
