摘　　要：肝移植术后肝功能不全是公民逝世后捐献器官的常见并发症。移植术后造成肝功能不全的危险因素众多, 预防其发生成为肝移植研究方向的热点问题。本文针对公民逝世后捐献肝脏的质量、保存以及肝移植术中因素的相关研究进行综述, 为应对肝移植术后肝功能不全提供预防策略。Liver dysfunction after liver transplantation is the most common complication of donation after cardiac death.Since there are many risk factors for liver dysfunction after liver transplantation,preventing it has become a hot topic in the field of liver transplantation.This article reviews the related studies on the quality,preservation of donor liver after the death of citizens and the factors during liver transplantation,so as to provide the best precaution strategy for liver dysfunction after liver transplantation.
