摘　　要：家禽肠道中含有大量的微生物,影响家禽的生理代谢和生长发育。家禽肠道微生物组是国内外关注的热点研究领域,近年来取得了丰硕的研究成果。全面认知家禽肠道微生物组学研究的前沿和发展趋势,对于未来调控和利用家禽肠道微生物、改善家禽肠道健康、提高生产效率、助力产业健康和可持续发展具有重要参考意义。文章以鸡为主体,对家禽肠道微生物群落结构、微生物与宿主互作关系、微生物组研究手段及调控策略等方面的进展进行总结和分析,并对未来发展方向提出展望和建议。The poultry gut is colonized by a large number of microbes that influence the physiology and metabolism,and growth and development of the animals.In recent years,the poultry gut microbiome has attracted worldwide attentions and rich achievements have been made in this research field.Comprehensive knowledge on the research frontiers and development trend in poultry gut microbiome are significantly beneficial to future manipulation and utilization of gut microbes to improve poultry gut health,increase production efficiency,and thus foster a healthy and sustainable poultry industry.This review focused on the research advances on chicken gut microbiome,summarized and analyzed the recent achievements on poultry gut microbiome community structure,interactions between gut microbes and the host,and methods for investigating and manipulating the gut microbiome.The future development direction was preposed.
