肠道微生物的早期干预对杏花鸡早期体重的影响

摘  要:为研究肠道微生物对杏花鸡早期体重的影响,试验选用20只健康的1日龄杏花鸡母鸡,随机分成2组,每组10只,正常组饮用不添加抗生素的饮用水,干扰组饮用添加青霉素、甲硝唑、新霉素和万古霉素的饮用水,饲养49 d。分别在1、7和49日龄对鸡进行体重称量。49日龄时对鸡盲肠微生物进行16S rDNA测序分析。结果显示:与正常组对比,干扰组杏花鸡的体重在49日龄显著下降(P<0.05),肠道微生物ACE指数和Chao1指数显著降低(P<0.05);杏花鸡肠道微生物主要优势门是变形菌门、厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门,主要优势属是拟杆菌属、苍白杆菌属;与正常组对比,干扰组厚壁菌门、无色菌属、短波单胞菌属、苍白杆菌属细菌相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),变形菌门相对丰度显著上升(P<0.05);主要影响的差异代谢通路有烟酸和烟酰胺代谢、磷酸肌醇代谢、能量代谢、原核生物的碳固定途径等通路。结果表明,饲喂抗生素能降低杏花鸡肠道微生物的菌群丰度,生长早期对肠道菌群实施干预可影响其体重。To study the effects of intestinal microbiota on the body weight of early Xinghua chicken,twenty healthy oneday-age Xinghua chickens were randomly divided into two groups with 10 chickens in each group.The control group had ad libitum access to water without antibiotics,and the experimental group had ad libitum access to water containing penicillin,metronidazole,neomycin and vancomycin for 49 days.The chicken body weights were recorded at 1,7 and 49 days of age.16S rDNA sequencing analysis on the cecum of chicken at 49 days of age was conducted.The results showed that the body weight of Xinghua chicken treated with antibiotics for 49 days significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the intestinal microbiota ACE and Chao1 index decreased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05).The intestinal microbiota of Xinghua chicken was dominated at the phylum level by Proteobacteria,Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes.Dominant at the genus level were Bacteroides and Ochrobactrum.With antibiotic treatment,the relative abundances of Firmicutes,Achromobacter,Brevundimonas,and Ochrobactrum were significantly decreased,whereas Proteobacteria was significantly increased(P<0.05).The differential pathways were nicotinate and nicotinamide metabolism,inositol phosphate metabolism,energy metabolism and carbon fixation pathways in prokaryotes.These results indicated that antibiotics treatment reduced the abundance of intestinal microbiota in Xinghua chicken,and intervention of intestinal microflora affected the body weight of early Xinghua chicken.
