摘  要:试验旨在研究母源粪菌移植(mFMT)对蛋雏鸡早期生长发育和免疫功能的影响。200只1日龄海兰褐公雏随机分为4组,分别为对照组(Con)、mFMT组、环磷酰胺(CPA)组和mFMT+CPA组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只。试验鸡在1、3、5日龄,mFMT组和mFMT+CPA组每天每只灌服100μL菌液,在6、7、8日龄,CPA组和mFMT+CPA组每天每只腹腔注射环磷酰胺100 mg/kg。试验时间为14 d。结果显示:mFMT组平均日增重显著高于Con组(P<0.05);mFMT组空肠和回肠绒毛高度(VH)显著高于Con组(P<0.05),mFMT+CPA组十二指肠和空肠VH/CD显著低于Con组(P<0.05),其回肠VH/CD显著高于CPA组(P<0.05);mFMT和mFMT+CPA组法氏囊指数和脾脏指数与Con组差异不显著(P>0.05),CPA组法氏囊指数显著低于Con组(P<0.05);m FMT和mFMT+CPA组血清中白细胞介素10(IL-10)含量显著高于Con组(P<0.05),CPA组血清中溶菌酶(LZM)含量显著低于Con组(P<0.05)。结果表明,母源粪菌移植对蛋雏鸡早期生长和免疫有促进作用,同时对免疫抑制雏鸡的生长和免疫性能具有缓解作用,进一步验证了粪菌移植具有提高雏鸡免疫力的潜力。The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effects of maternal fecal microbiota transplantation(mFMT)on early growth and immune function of laying chicks.A total of 2001-day-age Hy-Line Brown male chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 10 birds in each replicate,which were the control group(Con),mFMT group,cyclophosphamide(CPA)group and mFMT+CPA group.The mFMT group and and mFMT+CPA group were orally inoculated 100μL/bird fecal microbial suspensionon at 1,3,5 days of age,and CPA group and m FMT+CPA group were intraperitoneally injected 100 mg/kg cyclophosphamide per bird at 6,7,8 days of age.The experiment lasted for 14 days.The results showed that the average daily weight gain in m FMT group was significantly higher than that in Con group(P<0.05).The villus height(VH)of jejunum and ileum in mFMT group was significantly higher than that in Con group(P<0.05).The VH/CD of duodenum and jejunum in mFMT+CPA group were significantly lower than those in Con group(P<0.05).The VH/CD of ileum in m FMT+CPA group was significantly higher than that in CPA group(P<0.05).The Bursa index and spleen index in mFMT group and m FMT+CPA group were not significantly with those in Con group(P>0.05),and Bursa index in CPA group was significantly lower than that in Con group(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-10(IL-10)in mFMT group and mFMT+CPA group were significantly higher than those in Con group(P<0.05).The serum lysozyme(LZM)content of CPA group was significantly lower than that of Con group(P<0.05).It′s suggested that the transplantation of maternal fecal microbiota had promotion effect on the early growth and immunity of laying chicks,and at the same time,it had alleviation effect on the growth and immune performance of immunosuppressed chicks,which further verified that the fecal microbial transplantation had the potential to improve immunity in chicks.
