摘　　要：肠道是家禽养分消化和吸收的主要部位,也是重要的免疫器官,维护肠道健康是预防家禽肠道炎症的重要目标。饲料“禁抗”前主要通过在肉鸡饲粮中添加饲用抗生素来预防肠道炎症和促进生长。然而,长期使用饲用抗生素易产生细菌耐药性和禽类产品中药物残留,最终影响人类健康。因此,饲料“禁抗”后如何缓解肠道炎症和维护肠道健康已成为肉鸡养殖业重要的瓶颈问题。近年来,在人类和动物上的研究表明,益生菌、益生元、合生素以及后生元等可通过选择性地促进有益菌的增殖、竞争性排斥致病菌、增强肠道免疫功能以及在后肠形成短链脂肪酸等代谢产物调控宿主肠道健康。文章综述了饲粮中添加益生菌、益生元、合生元以及后生元等微生态制剂缓解肉鸡肠道炎症和维护肉鸡肠道健康的最新研究进展,以期为制定肉鸡肠道健康营养调控策略提供参考。The gut is often regarded as the"patron saint"and"second brain"of animal health.The gut is the main site for the digestion and absorption of nutrients in poultry,and it is also an important immune organ.Maintaining intestinal health of broiler chicken is an important task to prevent intestinal inflammation.In the past,dietary antibiotics were mainly used to prevent intestinal inflammation and promote growth in broilers.However,long-term use of antibiotics will lead to bacterial resistance,drug residues in poultry products,and damage to human health.Therefore,how to prevent and alleviate intestinal inflammation has become an important research direction after banning antibiotics.In recent years,studies in humans and animals showed that prebiotics,probiotics,synbiotics and postbiotics could selectively promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria,competitively reject pathogenic bacteria,and form short chain fatty acids in the hind-gut to regulate host intestinal health.In order to provide reference for the development of nutritional regulation strategies for broiler intestinal health,this paper reviewed the latest research progress of dietary microecological agents such as probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics and postbiotics in alleviating intestinal inflammation and maintaining intestinal health of broilers.
