摘 要:建筑能耗作为社会能耗中的三大能耗之一,普遍认为建筑节能潜力很大。中韩两国同属亚洲新兴能源消费大国,在绿色建筑评价领域有其共性和特性。本文以时间为轴梳理了中韩两国绿色建筑评价标准的演进,并对比了两国现行的(最新版本)评价标准的评分大类。所得思路有助于进一步完善我国绿色建筑评价标准,同时也为以中韩为代表的亚洲各地区的绿色建筑评价标准提供参考。As one of the three major social energy consumption sectors, building energy consumption is generally considered to have great potential for energy conservation. Both China and South Korea are big emerging energy consumption countries in Asia, and have certain similarities and characteristics in the field of Green Building evaluation. This paper sorts out the evolution of Green Building evaluation standards in both China and South Korea with the time axis and compares the scoring categories of the current(latest version) evaluation standards of the two countries. The ideas obtained will help to further improve the evaluation standards of Green Building in China, and also provide reference for the evaluation standards of Green Buildings in Asia represented by China and South Korea.
