摘　　要：预制构件质量是装配式建筑质量的重要基础,通过分析预制混凝土构件企业质量管理研究现状,基于预制混凝土构件标准化项目实地调研发现的问题,从4M1E五个方面总结了影响预制混凝土构件生产过程质量因素,运用ISM识别出预制混凝土构件生产过程质量影响因素层级关系,构建生产过程质量递阶结构图,探索影响预制混凝土构件生产过程质量的表层因素、过渡层因素及深层因素,从而提出相应的质量管理建议,为企业提高构件质量管理水平提供借鉴。The quality of precast concrete components is an important basis for the quality of prefabricated buildings. This paper analyzes the current research situation of quality management of precast concrete components enterprises, introduces the problems found in the field survey of the standardization project of precast concrete components, and summarizes the factors affecting the quality of the production process of precast concrete components from five aspects of 4M1E, and uses ISM to identify the hierarchical relationship of the factors affecting the quality of the production process of precast concrete components. It also builds the hierarchical structure chart of production process quality, explores the surface factors,transition factors and deep factors that affect the production process quality of precast concrete components, and then puts forward corresponding quality management suggestions, which could provide reference for enterprises to improve the components quality management level.
