摘　　要：近年,我国大力发展装配式建筑。为实现装配式建筑在甘肃省形成产业化,甘肃省建筑龙头企业—甘肃建投,历经10年时间持续推动装配式建筑产业发展。本文立足企业视角,以甘肃建投推动甘肃省装配式建筑产业化发展为例,从技术创新、政策健全、产业完善、人才培育和示范应用5方面,分析其近10年来在装配式产业化推广中的研究与实践,以期为建筑企业推动装配式建筑产业化发展提供参考。In recent years,China has made great efforts to develop prefabricated buildings. In order to realize the industrialization of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province, the leading enterprises—Gansu Construction Investment(Holding)Group Co., Ltd.(GCIGC)—has continuously promoted the development of prefabricated construction industry for 10 years. Based on the perspective of enterprises, this paper takes GCIGC as an example to promote the industrialization of prefabricated buildings in Gansu Province, analyzes its research and practice in the promotion of prefabricated buildings in recent 10 years from the aspects of technological innovation,sound policies,industrial improvement,talent cultivation and demonstration application, in order to provide reference for construction enterprises to promote the industrialization of prefabricated buildings.
