MUC5AC、TIMP-1在毛细支气管炎患儿血清中表达及与喘息发作的相关性探究

摘　　要：目的分析黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在毛细支气管炎患儿血清中表达及与喘息发作的相关性。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2021年3月在方城县妇幼保健院内儿科就诊的毛细支气管炎患儿78例作为研究组研究对象,根据病情严重程度将研究组再分为轻症45例、重症33例;另外选取同期进行体检的健康无基础疾病儿童78例作为对照组研究对象,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测MUC5AC在两组研究对象血清中表达,酶联免疫吸附法(ELIEA)检测TIMP-1在两组研究对象血清中表达,并分析MUC5AC、TIMP-1与喘息发作的相关性。结果在研究组血清中MUC5AC、TIMP-1显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组MUC5AC、TIMP-1与喘息发作呈正相关(P<0.05)。MUC5AC、TIMP-1正相关(r=0.468、P=0.001)。MUC5AC、TIMP-1为影响毛细支气管炎发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论MUC5AC、TIMP-1在毛细支气管炎患儿血清中呈异常高表达,且两者之间呈正相关,其水平变化与喘息发作也呈正相关,可作为喘息发作的危险因素。Objective To analyze the expression of MUC5AC and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1(TIMP-1)in the serum of children with bronchiolitis and their correlation with wheezing attack.Methods 78 children with bronchiolitis who were treated in the department of pediatrics in Fangcheng County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected retrospectively as the study subjects of the study group.According to the severity of the disease,the study group was subdivided into 45 cases of mild disease and 33 cases of severe disease;In addition,78 healthy children without basic diseases who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group study subjects.The expression of MUC5AC in the serum of the two groups of study subjects was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the expression of TIMP-1 in the serum of the two groups of study subjects was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the correlation between MUC5AC,TIMP-1 and wheezing attack was analyzed.Results The levels of MUC5AC and TIMP-1 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).MUC5AC and TIMP-1 in the study group were positively correlated with wheezing attack(P<0.05).MUC5AC and TIMP-1 were positively correlated(r=0.468,P=0.001).MUC5AC and TIMP-1 were the risk factors affecting the occurrence of bronchiolitis(P<0.05).Conclusion MUC5AC and TIMP-l are abnormally highly expressed in the serum of children with bronchiolitis,and there is a positive correlation between them.Their level changes are also positively correlated with wheezing attacks,which can be used as risk factors for wheezing attacks.
