摘  要:正交异性钢桥面板因其优良性能被普遍用于大跨度桥梁中,然而在车辆往复荷载作用下,传统正交异性钢桥面板易发生疲劳破坏。因此,提出了一种新型组合桥面板——波折钢+UHPC组合桥面板。相较于传统正交异性桥面板,这种组合桥面板不仅取消了加劲肋与钢桥面顶板间的纵向焊缝,还减少了钢桥面板制作时的复杂焊接工作量,降低了疲劳裂缝出现的可能性。为验证波折钢+UHPC组合桥面板的抗疲劳性能,通过有限元模型分析了新型组合桥面板中UHPC层厚度对组合桥面板抗疲劳性能的影响,明确了组合桥面板中UHPC层的理想厚度为6 cm;并按照《公路钢结构桥梁设计规范》(JTG D64—2015)对波折钢+UHPC组合桥面中各疲劳细节进行了疲劳验算。验算结果表明,各疲劳细节均满足抗疲劳设计要求。Orthotropic steel deck is widely used in long-span steel bridges because of its excellent properties. However, the traditional orthotropic steel bridge deck is prone to fatigue failure under vehicle reciprocating load. In this paper, a new type of composite deck-UHPC + corrugated steel composite deck is proposed. Compared with the traditional orthotropic deck, it not only eliminates the longitudinal weld between the stiffener and the top plate of the steel deck, but also reduces the complex welding workload during the fabrication of the steel deck, thus reducing the possibility of fatigue cracks. In order to verify the fatigue resistance of UHPC + corrugated steel composite bridge deck, this paper analyzes the influence of the thickness of UHPC layer in the new composite bridge deck on the fatigue resistance of the composite bridge deck through the finite element model,and points out that the ideal thickness of UHPC layer in the composite bridge deck is 6cm.With reference to the code for design of highway steel structure bridges(JTG D64-2015),the fatigue checking calculation of each fatigue detail in the corrugated steel+UHPC composite bridge deck is carried out.The checking calculation results show that each fatigue detail meets the anti fatigue design requirements of the code for steel bridge deck system.
