摘 要:针对腹板纵向钢束偏位造成大跨径连续刚构箱梁开裂问题进行了研究。在现场调查腹板裂缝特征的基础上,对箱梁腹板开裂节段进行了局部精细化分析。分析结果表明,由于纵向钢束的横向定位钢筋施工误差,在腹板横桥向产生了较大的径向力;随着钢束偏位的增大,在箱梁腹板中产生了较大的主拉应力。施工时应加强对纵向预应力钢束定位精度的控制。纵向钢束若按照设计线位准确定位,则可以避免此类裂缝的发生。The problem of cracking of long-span continuous rigid frame box girder caused by the deflection of the longitudinal steel beams of the webs is studied. Based on the on-site investigation of the web crack characteristics, a local refined analysis of the cracked section of the box girder web is carried out. The analysis results show that due to the construction error of the transverse positioning of the longitudinal steel strands, a relatively large radial force is generated in the transverse bridge direction of the web. As the deflection of the steel strands increases, a relatively large principal tensile stress is generated in the box girder web. During construction, the control of the positioning accuracy of the longitudinal prestressed steel strands should be strengthened. If the longitudinal steel strands are accurately positioned according to the designed line position, the occurrence of such cracks can be avoided.
